Our Mission
Corporate Legals provides corporate registry services to Canada’s legal, accounting and small business communities. Many of our clients have been with us since we opened our first small office in downtown Calgary in 1998.
20 years later, our suite of services has grown to include everything from international corporate searches to comprehensive Minute Book rebuilds. Our clients turn to us for assistance with corporate registry services across every Province and State in North America.
